What you will do

• Advise prospective and existing investors on blue-chip art and other real or digital assets within diversified portfolios.
• Conduct portfolio reviews, present new artwork investment opportunities, and support investment decisions.
• Build and maintain long-term investor relationships and re-engage inactive members.
• Use CRM tools and dashboards to manage pipelines, track performance, and improve efficiency.
• Design and test strategies to uncover growth opportunities and increase KPIs.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and FinOps on business objectives.

Requirements

• Obtain Series 65 licensing within the first 90 days.
• 3+ years of experience in investment advising, financial advising, or a similar client-facing role.
• Confident and professional verbal and written communication with high-profile investors.
• Strong interest in alternative assets, financial markets, and macroeconomics.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, relationship-building, and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with a results-driven approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
• Interest in the business of art; prior art knowledge is not required.
