Overview

You will play a pivotal role in steering the development and implementation of an innovation hub dedicated to startups, fostering a collaborative environment where new ideas thrive and transformative projects are cultivated, driving forward the company’s mission of innovation and growth.

What you will do

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of startup selection, incubation, and acceleration initiatives.
• Assist in identifying and evaluating high-potential startups, conducting due diligence, and maintaining strong relationships with founders.
• Collaborate with internal teams, corporate partners, mentors, and investors to drive industrial innovation and startup integration programs forward.
• Facilitate the seamless implementation of PoCs and innovation projects, coordinating startups and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct analysis on emerging trends in digital innovation, deep tech, and cleantech.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Engineering, Innovation Management, or related fields.
• Project Management: Minimum three years of demonstrated experience in managing complex projects, preferably within digital innovation or startup environments.
