Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design for complex AI-powered workflows across web, desktop, and mobile.
• Partner with product management and engineering from discovery through launch to drive experience decisions.
• Translate AI capabilities into clear, usable, and trustworthy user experiences.
• Lead design decisions within a Pod while ensuring quality, consistency, and predictable delivery.
• Validate solutions through rapid iteration, user feedback, and usability testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience on complex digital products, such as SaaS, AI, or platform products.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to design for ambiguity and evolving requirements.
• Hands-on experience designing AI-driven or data-intensive user experiences.
• Fluent or near-native English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently as an owner rather than only an executor.
