Head of Brand Marketing (Robotics)

Location: New York, NY (in-person) with regular time at the Glen Cove factory and travel to trade shows and customer facilities.

Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 USD

What you will do

• Own organic brand growth end-to-end, including strategy, voice, channels, and content engine.
• Build and run the social media presence, identifying where to play and how to differentiate on each platform.
• Partner with video producers and editors to create high-quality, high-velocity content.
• Extend the brand through creators, communities, and partnerships to reach new audiences.
• Define and track KPIs that connect audience engagement to pipeline growth.
• Build the marketing function from the ground up, including systems, analytics, and team structure.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in-person in New York, NY.
• Strong track record of growing a brand's audience organically with a distinctive voice.
• Experience operating at a leadership level, setting strategy, and defending it with data.
• Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders including engineering, executives, and customers.
• Deep interest in robotics, physical AI, and real-world technological impact.
• Strong instincts for internet-native content and evolving media formats.
