What you will do
- Collaborate with product, research, and applied AI teams to build next-generation digital coworkers.
- Develop and deploy AI agents that improve through real-world usage.
- Work directly with enterprise customers to understand organizational workflows and build custom evaluations.
- Push the frontier of post-training and reinforcement learning infrastructure.
Requirements
- Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco.
- Passion for applying novel research and complex systems to real-world enterprise problems.
- Ability to own projects end-to-end.
- Strong interest in customer-facing collaboration and understanding business processes.
- Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
