Senior Fullstack Engineer (React + Node)

What you will do

• Build and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications, APIs, integrations, and cloud-native services.
• Translate system and solution designs into scalable, secure, reliable, and production-ready implementations.
• Develop AI-enabled capabilities including copilots, intelligent assistants, summarization, search, recommendations, and workflow augmentation.
• Implement RAG, prompt orchestration, grounding, structured outputs, tool or function calling, and AI quality and safety guardrails.
• Improve code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, performance, reliability, and release readiness.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with architects, TPMs, product managers, QA, DevOps, designers, and other developers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience building enterprise-grade full-stack applications.
• Strong experience with React or another modern front-end framework, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong back-end experience with Node.js or Python and practical experience designing REST APIs, integrations, and distributed applications.
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases, automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Docker or Kubernetes, CI/CD, secure SDLC practices, performance optimization, and production troubleshooting.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs and implementing prompt design, structured outputs, tool calling, RAG, vector search, evaluation, monitoring, guardrails, and enterprise privacy and security controls.

Nice to have

• Agile delivery experience with product, QA, DevOps, TPM, and architecture teams.
• Experience with observability, logging, monitoring, caching, reliability engineering, and reusable engineering frameworks.
• Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, vector databases, model gateways, LLMOps, MLOps, AI copilots, agentic workflows, or recommendation systems.
• Experience with technical proposals, estimations, solutioning discussions, or client-facing technical workshops.
