Software Engineer, ERP Integrations (Backend)

Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom or Zagreb, Croatia

hirify.global builds a tax operating system for autonomous tax, covering tax ID validation, real-time tax determination, e-invoicing, and tax returns across more than 120 countries.

What you will do

• Build and expand integrations between hirify.global and ERPs, billing platforms, procurement systems, and other enterprise systems.
• Design reliable integrations for complex external APIs, inconsistent data models, and large-scale financial workflows.
• Translate Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay business processes into scalable product capabilities.
• Work closely with engineering, product, and customers to understand enterprise workflows and solve integration challenges.
• Own systems end-to-end, shipping iteratively and improving reliability, scalability, and correctness.
• Use data to investigate problems, make technical decisions, and continuously improve the product.

Requirements

• Fully proficient English, written and spoken, is required.
• Experience building or operating integrations with ERPs, billing platforms, or large financial systems.
• Understanding of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay enterprise processes.
• Hands-on experience with at least one ERP or enterprise platform.
• Experience working with complex external APIs, large data models, and distributed systems.
• Ability to design for reliability, scalability, and correctness in changing environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Node.js, Go, React, TypeScript, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, or PostgreSQL.
• Curiosity about additional ERP and enterprise platforms.
