Customer Success Technical Advisor - Team Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Technical Advisors supporting strategic customers.
• Manage customer portfolio health across the full lifecycle, identifying risks and opportunities and supporting retention and ARR growth.
• Lead customer escalations, coordinate internal teams and customer stakeholders, drive resolution, and restore confidence.
• Translate adoption, stickiness, and health data into clear business direction for senior leadership.
• Drive customer enablement initiatives and partner with Sales and Solution Engineering.
• Forecast capacity, shape hiring plans, build the operating model, and pilot AI-assisted workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of people-management experience, ideally leading a Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar customer-facing technical team.
• 5+ years of overall customer-facing experience with exposure to cybersecurity, Customer Success, or Technical Account Management.
• Technical understanding of IT security architectures and the ability to coach advisors through complex or escalated situations.
• Strong communication skills for presenting technical topics in a business context and influencing strategic decisions.
• Experience working across global teams in English.
