Associate Information Services Analyst

Location: Hybrid at RSU Tower, Sukhumvit 31, Bangkok, Thailand; 6 days of in-office attendance per month

What you will do

• Answer client questions and advise on data requests.
• Monitor and execute scheduled and on-request jobs according to department standards.
• Coordinate with daily support and technical teams to resolve issues with standard on-request JCL jobs.
• Use Easytrieve, PowerSelect, SQL, MS Access, Monarch/Datawatch, FileManager, and Visual Basic to generate accurate, properly formatted customer outputs.
• Assist with customer and colleague training, coach team members, and train the group on new tools.
• Document and distribute procedures for job streams and data generation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in application or production development and/or support.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in at least two relevant tools, including Easytrieve, JCL, SQL, MS Access, PowerSelect, Monarch, or Visual Basic.
• Strong communication, writing, reading, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments within established timelines and quality standards.

Nice to have

• 2–4 years of financial application support experience.
• Knowledge of mutual funds.
• Basic mainframe knowledge; training will be provided.
