Full Stack Engineer (AI)

hirify.global develops smart loading dock sensor hardware and software that connects physical freight operations with digital logistics management.

What you will do

• Develop end-to-end experiences for AI-powered products, including data pipelines, backend services, and user interfaces.
• Build and evolve customer-facing dashboards and applications for analyzing and acting on logistics data.
• Develop software across web, mobile, and kiosk interfaces deployed on hirify.global Towers and forklifts.
• Collaborate with Product and Solution Engineers on the agentic AI product suite.
• Improve the stability, scalability, observability, and measurability of backend systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building products at scale.
• Strong experience with TypeScript and Python.
• Experience shipping enterprise or consumer-facing products and translating product needs into technical requirements.
• Experience building modern web applications and APIs with ownership across the full stack.
• Strong knowledge of backend architecture, distributed systems, scalability, reliability, and fault-tolerant design.
• Experience with production infrastructure and observability, including logging, monitoring, alerting, and debugging distributed systems; degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
