What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain Linux-based applications for in-vehicle infotainment and autonomous driving systems.
• Integrate system-level components with hardware and firmware teams across real-time and user-space applications.
• Optimize embedded Linux performance, reliability, boot times, resource management, memory handling, and threading.
• Debug complex low-level issues across middleware, kernel, and user-space applications.
• Contribute to secure, modular, and scalable system architecture and software design reviews.
• Collaborate with QA on test strategies and code quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience developing applications for embedded Linux systems.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++ and/or Rust.
• Experience with IPC, systemd, POSIX APIs, and Linux build systems such as Yocto, CMake, Make, or Bazel.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug low-level software.
• Interest in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or mobility innovation.

Nice to have

• Experience with automotive platforms, autonomous driving stacks, Android Automotive OS, or ROS.
• Experience profiling and optimizing Linux system performance.
• Knowledge of CAN, LIN, or Automotive Ethernet.
• Contributions to open-source Linux or embedded projects.
• Python and shell scripting experience.
