What you will do
- Develop and execute the Korea marketing strategy with the Korea Country Manager, sales leadership, partners, and global marketing teams.
- Build integrated demand generation campaigns across digital channels, webinars, events, PR, and partner programs to generate qualified pipeline.
- Align marketing activities with sales priorities, execute account-based marketing, and improve lead nurture and MQL-to-SQL conversion.
- Plan and coordinate local and regional events, customer forums, executive engagements, and industry conferences.
- Develop joint marketing initiatives with channel partners and support partner enablement, lead generation, and conversion.
- Localize global campaigns and content for Korean customers and partners while building relationships with local media and journalists.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of field marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing experience in technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or B2B.
- Experience developing marketing campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and business impact.
- Strong knowledge of B2B go-to-market strategy, demand generation, lead management, sales alignment, and marketing ROI.
- Strong project management, communication, collaboration, and data analysis skills.
- Fluency in Korean and English is required.
Nice to have
- Cybersecurity or enterprise technology experience.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity market trends, Korean customer buying journeys, and partner ecosystems.
- Experience working with global marketing teams in a multinational organization.
