What you will do
- Champion customer advocacy across Global Supply Chain.
- Build trusted relationships with market and customer stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Lead market engagement, feedback discussions, and governance forums.
- Improve order book health, customer experience, and DIFOT performance.
- Support the resolution of supply chain issues and critical incidents.
- Identify operational improvements and provide market insights for customer-centric decisions.
Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing, market-facing, supply chain, logistics, planning, customer operations, or commercial roles.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial and customer-centric thinking.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and solve problems proactively.
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Auckland, New Zealand.
