Market Intergration Manager (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Lead short-term volume planning and performance management across Global Supply Chain.
• Own the weekly volume performance cadence and reporting for key stakeholder groups.
• Manage supply, inventory, and order book risks across markets.
• Partner with Planning and Market teams to communicate supply constraints and customer impacts.
• Act as an escalation point for complex supply chain and customer issues, including critical incident response.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Market Integration team while building relationships across Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, S&O, and Market teams.

Requirements

• Experience in a complex supply chain or customer environment.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, planning, customer operations, or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Commercial and analytical capability with the ability to translate complex information into clear actions and decisions.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience, with sound decision-making during ambiguity or change.
