Downgrade Coordinator (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end downgrade inventory process for finished goods.
• Track inventory through sale, redistribution, or disposal.
• Maintain accurate inventory visibility and reporting.
• Work with manufacturing, logistics, operations, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support day-to-day supply planning and operational activities.

Requirements

• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Experience in administration, customer service, inventory management, logistics, supply chain, or a similar operational environment.
• Availability for a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week on a 2-year fixed-term basis.
