System Software Engineer (Embedded AI)

Location: Shanghai, China

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic Information, Automation, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong C/C++ development skills and practical experience with embedded or Linux projects.
• Knowledge of Linux or Unix-like systems, multithreading, network programming, and interprocess communication.
• Experience with embedded ARM SoC platforms, system architecture, drivers, and application development.
• Understanding of audio/video capture, encoding, decoding, image sensors, and media-processing workflows.
• Familiarity with CNN, Transformer, Visual Language Models, computer vision, and at least one deep learning framework such as PyTorch.

What you will do

• Support customer research and development projects involving embedded audio, video, and AI products.
• Provide technical support for the embedded platform, including issue identification, solution optimization, and media pipeline stability.
• Deploy, migrate, and tune AI models on embedded devices to improve edge inference speed and resource utilization.
• Conduct technical pre-research in computer vision, robotics, and related areas.
• Validate technical solutions, develop demos, perform joint debugging, and resolve embedded integration and network deployment challenges with customer R&D teams.
