Forward Deployed Engineer — Associate (AI)

Location: On-site in Mountain View, California, United States; authorized to work in the U.S. long-term

hirify.global builds a business automation platform that uses plain English, large language models, and a neurosymbolic reasoning engine to automate complex back-office processes for enterprise customers in finance, operations, and supply chain.

What you will do

• Work directly with customers to understand business processes, gather requirements, and troubleshoot issues.
• Build and deploy automations on the hirify.global platform.
• Translate business needs into working customer solutions.
• Prototype quickly, test with real data, and iterate based on customer needs.
• Partner with product and engineering to share customer feedback and improve the platform.

Requirements

• Completed or completing a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Not currently enrolled in or planning to return to another degree program.
• Solid programming fundamentals and comfort with Python or the ability to learn it quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer-facing skills, sound judgment, ownership, maturity, and professionalism.
• Ability to work on-site in Mountain View and long-term authorization to work in the U.S.
