Location: Los Angeles, United States; in-person collaboration at the Playa Vista office.

Compensation: $125,000–$175,000 estimated annual base salary, plus equity.

hirify.global is a fast-growing aerospace startup that manufactures satellite buses at scale through software, vertical integration, and manufacturing-focused hardware.

What you will do

  • Manage satellite payload integration with launch vehicles and coordinate mission requirements, interfaces, and schedules with launch providers.
  • Develop launch plans, procedures, readiness reviews, and company-wide processes for reliable vehicle launches.
  • Oversee satellite transportation, handling, pre-launch processing, system checkouts, and countdown operations at launch sites.
  • Verify mechanical, electrical, and environmental compatibility between satellites and launch vehicles.
  • Support vibration, thermal vacuum, and EMI/EMC testing, as well as anomaly resolution during launch campaigns.
  • Coordinate with mechanical, avionics, and systems engineering teams and interface with regulatory agencies on launch approvals and compliance.

Requirements

  • U.S. Person status is required to access export-controlled data.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in aerospace, mechanical, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in production scheduling, preferably in manufacturing or aerospace.
  • Experience with satellite manufacturing or related aerospace, defense, or high-tech industries.
  • Experience working with launch vehicle providers, owning launch campaigns, and performing satellite testing, integration, and environmental qualification.
  • Experience managing complex projects, cross-functional teams, timelines, and launch regulatory documentation; familiarity with AFSPCMAN 91-710 submittal processes is required.
