What you will do

• Maintain safe laboratory practices in line with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
• Operate, support, optimize, and troubleshoot laboratory automation systems and automated liquid handling protocols.
• Prepare compounds for high-volume screening and perform routine sample management and chemical handling.
• Manage sample storage, retrieval, inventory, metadata, workflow execution, and audit-ready documentation.
• Use LIMS platforms such as Cenevo Mosaic or Titian Mosaic to support sample tracking, workflow execution, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and cross-functional partners while scheduling and prioritizing laboratory activities.

Requirements

• B.S. with 5+ years of experience or an M.S. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Bioinformatics, Automation, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on laboratory experience with laboratory safety, sample management, and chemical handling.
• Experience with automated compound storage systems and practical operation and troubleshooting of automated liquid handlers.
• Experience using LIMS platforms, especially Titian Mosaic or comparable systems.
• Basic scripting or programming experience with Python, VB.NET, Oracle, SQL Developer, or similar tools.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to collaborate, manage time, communicate clearly, and maintain attention to detail.
