hirify.global provides grading, authentication, vaulting, and sales services for trading cards, autographs, comics, coins, video games, tickets, and memorabilia through brands including PSA, PCGS, Beckett, SGC, and Card Ladder.

What you will do

• Evaluate and grade trading cards using defined standards, inspecting centering, corners, edges, and surface condition.
• Document grading results and follow strict quality guidelines.
• Receive, process, package, label, and prepare shipments while supporting warehouse and production operations.
• Perform quality checks and maintain reliable operational workflows.
• Respond to customer inquiries through email and ticketing systems, handle complaints, and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and collaborate cross-functionally.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, concentration, reliability, and a structured working style.
• Passion for trading cards and collectibles is essential for grading-focused work.
• Basic technical understanding and computer literacy.
• Strong customer-service mindset for customer support work.
• Very good German communication skills and good English for customer support work.
• Some roles may require passing a background check.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with trading card grading or customer support.
