What you will do

• Own Tech Controlling activities for globally used cloud tools and services, creating financial transparency across the group.
• Establish and support a culture of cost accountability with teams around the world.
• Maintain and improve cost-splitting and chargeback processes for entities.
• Support procurement and manage global tech contracts by developing cost scenarios, forecasts, and models.
• Work with tech and finance teams to automate controlling tasks and improve efficiency.
• Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecast updates, and monthly deviation analysis; analyze trends across P&L, balance sheet, and non-financial KPIs.

Requirements

• +2 years of experience in IT cost controlling.
• Proven excellence in financial analysis and data model building; ability to turn data into insights and recommendations.
• Experience creating ad hoc analyses, statistics, and deviation analyses.
• Advanced Excel modeling and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams across hierarchical levels.
• Ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Nice to have

• Understanding of cloud pricing models, charging methods, and cloud billing/reporting.
• Experience with personnel cost.
