Sneaker Verification Expert

Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands; onsite in a warehouse-based Verification Center

Salary: €32,150–€38,556 gross annual base salary for full-time employment

hirify.global is a Detroit-based technology company operating an online marketplace for sneakers, apparel, accessories, electronics, collectibles, and other high-demand consumer goods.

What you will do

• Inspect and process footwear, streetwear, and collectibles according to condition and authenticity standards.
• Assess products across categories including textiles, electronics, and energy-related goods.
• Identify process improvements with site leadership and other team members.
• Support inbound and outbound operations as directed by business needs.
• Maintain site cleanliness and safety standards.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and sense of urgency.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with a team.
• Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work onsite in a warehouse environment in Eindhoven.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, turn, and pivot for more than 75% of the time.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds (23 kg); occasional team lifting up to 100 pounds (45 kg) may be required.

Nice to have

• 0–3 years of experience assessing the value and risk of footwear, streetwear, or collectibles.
• Fashion retail experience.
