Demand Planner

Location: Remote in China, based in Shanghai

What you will do

• Develop demand forecasts using IBP data scientist models, market intelligence, and field sales input.
• Coordinate demand reviews with sales and marketing stakeholders and lead demand review forums.
• Analyze historical sales trends, demand drivers, forecast accuracy, bias, and value-add metrics.
• Generate consolidated unconstrained demand forecasts and provide input for component demand schedules.
• Collaborate on Sales & Operations Execution processes to improve demand sensing and long-term IBP planning.
• Monitor forecast consumption, plan attainment, IBP deviations, and improvement actions while building stakeholder consensus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent qualification.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge of sales, marketing, or finance; forecasting or planning experience is advantageous.
• Strong executive presence, leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to assess complex business problems, deliver impactful results, and work independently.
