Facilities Engineer (Cryogenics)

What you will do

• Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, vacuum, gas distribution, cryogenic, plumbing, and other facility utility systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective, preventive, and reliability improvements.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, maintain SOPs and maintenance records, and manage CMMS and BMS-related activities.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, service providers, spare parts, consumables, procurement, receiving, and inventory optimization.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, startup, facility expansions, and local and global capital projects.
• Track utility usage, support sustainability and cost-reduction initiatives, and participate in audits and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM.
• At least 5 years of experience in engineering, building system support, or a related area.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, cryogenic, and utility systems.
• Hands-on experience with gas systems, cryogenics, vacuum systems, or specialty utilities.
• Experience developing maintenance strategies and troubleshooting facility equipment.
• Experience in industrial, semiconductor, chemical manufacturing, laboratory, or other high-tech environments.
• Understanding of applicable safety codes and regulatory standards, including environmental obligations under NEA where applicable.
• Ability to work with HSE, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting facility upgrades or capital projects.
• On-site work in Singapore is required.
