What you will do

• Support users with security-related questions and assist with IT onboarding.
• Act as a first point of contact for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitor and help optimize system performance.
• Assist with backup and recovery solutions.
• Support security improvements across Linux, Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and improve IT processes.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an IT-related field such as Computer Science or Business Informatics.
• Basic knowledge of network infrastructure and network services.
• Structured and analytical approach to work.
• Motivation to learn and interest in new technologies.
• Team-oriented approach and good communication skills.
• Fluent German and English.

Nice to have

• Initial experience with Linux, Apple, or Windows systems.
