Senior Internal Communications & Media Relations Specialist (E-Mobility)

Location: Not specified; company locations include Bolzano/Bozen, Bergamo, Bologna, Munich, and Charlotte.

Salary: Total compensation starting from €64,000 gross per year, including a 30% variable bonus based on goal achievement.

What you will do

• Prepare and deliver executive communications, including leadership messaging, all-hands formats, and organizational narratives.
• Design and develop transformation communication formats that explain organizational changes across sites and functions.
• Lead the intranet project, including concept development, stakeholder coordination, and implementation with the IT department.
• Develop content and channel strategies to improve communication effectiveness, employee engagement, knowledge management, and connectivity.
• Create clear and consistent content for intranet, newsletters, press releases, and other internal and external channels.
• Manage South Tyrolian media relations and lead crisis communications, including protocols, stakeholder coordination, and response messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in a similar corporate or agency communications role.
• Experience in executive communications or advising senior leadership.
• Experience designing communication programs for organizational change and working with intranet platforms.
• Strong knowledge of media relations, press materials, corporate reputation, content creation, storytelling, and multi-channel communication.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
