What you will do

• Lead and manage the company’s intranet project, including concept development and stakeholder coordination.
• Develop and implement content and channel strategies for communication effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Continuously improve internal communication tools like the company intranet.
• Produce internal communication materials to support content dissemination.
• Manage South Tyrolian media relations, acting as the first point of contact for press inquiries.
• Conceptualize and create comprehensive international press clippings and media monitoring reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or marketing.
• Previous work experience in a similar corporate or agency role.
• Strong knowledge of internal communication strategies, tools, and best practices, with intranet platform experience.
• Solid understanding of media relations, including handling press inquiries and managing corporate reputation.
• Proficiency in content creation and storytelling for multiple channels.
• Familiarity with corporate branding and ability to ensure consistent messaging.
• Fluency in Italian, German, and English.
