AI Product Engineer

Location: Remote within the United States or Canada; employees must work from their home country and be available for occasional in-person travel.

Annual base salary: USD 139,000–202,000 for US-based roles or CAD 124,000–180,000 for Canada-based roles, plus benefits, equity, and applicable incentive programs.

What you will do

• Map seller, product marketing, and campaign workflows and translate them into technical requirements.
• Design and build agent runtimes covering context, state, tools, permissions, retrieval, evaluation, and human review.
• Build routing systems and specialist agents for sales assets, campaign briefs, competitive responses, copy production, and deal support.
• Integrate AI services with Salesforce, Seismic, Gong, Notion, Snowflake, Slack, and existing Sales AI workflows.
• Design trusted knowledge flows with provenance, source authorization, audit trails, prompt-injection defenses, and retention controls.
• Operate the systems in production, measuring quality, adoption, latency, cost, reliability, and workflow impact.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing, building, and operating production AI workflows using LLM APIs, tool calling, retrieval, structured outputs, and agent workflows.
• Experience designing agent systems with clear boundaries, context and state management, permission-aware tools, observability, failure handling, evaluation, and human escalation.
• Experience building evaluation frameworks, prompt evaluations, output scoring, regression tests, and quality guardrails.
• Ability to prototype with users, incorporate feedback, and turn successful workflows into reliable production systems.
• Strong technical communication and cross-functional collaboration with sellers, PMMs, campaign managers, Data, Security, IT, and Engineering.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada; remote work is performed from the employee’s home country.

Nice to have

• Experience with Claude, Codex, Cursor, Dust, LangChain, or LangGraph.
• Knowledge of B2B SaaS marketing and sales workflows, including positioning, competitive narratives, campaigns, sales enablement, and content governance.
• Familiarity with Seismic, Salesforce, Gong, Notion, Snowflake, Slack APIs, or iPaaS tools.
