Salary: $90,000–$120,000 per year, negotiable based on experience and skills.

What you will do

• Report exclusive news and analysis on M&A, financings, project development, people moves, and other activity in digital infrastructure.
• Cover fiber optics, macro towers, small cells, and data centers, including developments connected to the AI revolution.
• Build relationships with funds, bankers, lawyers, advisors, and CEOs to develop a strong source network.
• Produce an average of four exclusive stories per week and one long-form article per month.
• Work with data and research teams to turn reporting into accurate, exclusive news, analysis, and database content.
• Support events through content creation, panel moderation, and speaking.

Requirements

• At least three years of reporting experience in a reputable newsroom with global exposure.
• Knowledge of financial markets and a proven record of reporting exclusives and breaking news.
• Experience writing in-depth analyses and identifying trends in market data.
• Ability to conduct research and build a network of sources.
• Strong news and analysis writing skills.
• Ability to collaborate with editors, research teams, and colleagues across the group while maintaining high copy and compliance standards.
