Analog Mixed-Signal Design Engineer

Base pay: $200,000–$230,000 annually

What you will do

• Integrate complex top-level mixed-signal systems for MEMS-based microphones and audio solutions.
• Supervise and review block-level circuit design and layout.
• Coordinate with digital and system teams to define specifications and block interactions.
• Verify functionality and performance through top-level mixed-signal simulations.
• Design and verify analog and mixed-signal blocks as needed.

Requirements

• MS in Electrical Engineering required; PhD in analog/mixed-signal IC design is preferred.
• 6–8 years of design experience targeting audio-frequency products.
• Experience with high-voltage design, on-chip charge pumps, and switching regulators.
• Experience with A/D and D/A converters, micropower circuits, analog and mixed-signal circuits, CMOS fundamentals, and circuit layout techniques.
• Experience with Cadence Virtuoso Schematic, Spectre/APS, and AMS.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work in an agile team.
