Senior Product Data Scientist

Location: Remote from the United Arab Emirates; Dubai

Salary: AED 42,000–48,000 per month

What you will do

• Own end-to-end machine learning projects that influence product growth, engagement, monetization, and resource allocation.
• Build and deploy models for user segmentation, churn prediction, and recommendations.
• Analyze user behavior, funnels, cohorts, customer journeys, and lifecycle metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Design and evaluate A/B and multivariate experiments focused on revenue, retention, and engagement.
• Maintain product KPIs, dashboards, monitoring metrics, event tracking, and data instrumentation.
• Translate analytical and modeling findings into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data science, product analytics, or a closely related role in a consumer-facing technology company.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models in production.
• Strong knowledge of experimental design, statistics, and causal inference.
• Deep experience with user funnels, cohorts, lifecycle metrics, and customer journeys.
• Fluency in SQL and high proficiency in Python or R.
• Strong business acumen, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with analytical rigor.

• Experience in fintech, crypto, or marketplace products.
