Global Trade Program Manager - C-TPAT

Location: Onsite at the San Jose Great Oaks Headquarters, with a secondary location in Irvine, California

Salary: $106,600–$142,100 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end management of global customs trade programs covering CTPAT/AEO supply chain security, sustainability, record retention, and compliance assurance.
• Drive CTPAT Trade Compliance certification and support global sites with AEO certifications, audits, renewals, and regulatory inquiries.
• Build governance frameworks, internal controls, risk assessments, performance reporting, and continuous improvement cycles.
• Evaluate and deploy AI-powered tools, dashboards, and analytics for risk scoring, regulatory monitoring, compliance assurance, and executive decision-making.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Legal, IT, Finance, business units, suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies.
• Develop training, playbooks, e-learning content, regulatory filings, and executive-level program reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience managing global supply chain trade programs, including hands-on responsibility for at least two relevant program domains.
• Deep knowledge of CTPAT requirements, AEO frameworks, international trade security regulations, customs regulations, classification, and valuation principles.
• Experience building programs from the ground up, working with customs authorities such as CBP, and managing certifications, governance, audits, and regulatory reporting.
• Knowledge of supply chain sustainability standards including GHG Protocol, CDP, and EU CSRD, plus strong program planning, risk management, analytical, and executive communication skills.
• Certified Dangerous Goods Professional certification is required; experience with AI tools for trade program tasks is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Certified Licensed Customs Broker certification.
• PMP or additional certifications in trade programs, sustainability, or program management.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, trade management systems, TMS, or ERP systems.
