QA Engineer (Mobile Games): Ensuring the stability, reliability, and overall quality of F2P mobile games with an accent on feature validation, regression coverage, performance, compatibility, and UI testing. Focus on identifying risks early, designing comprehensive test plans, improving player experience, and strengthening QA practices across development teams.
Location: Seville, Andalusia, Spain; hybrid workplace with fully remote work available in August and during Christmas. Relocation support to Seville is provided.

What you will do
- Ensure the stability, reliability, and overall quality of mobile games.
- Participate in discovery and kick-off phases, providing QA input from the beginning of development.
- Follow features through the full production cycle and collaborate with development, design, and production teams.
- Create, maintain, and execute test plans covering regression, performance, integration, compatibility, and UI validation.
- Identify usability issues, analyze player feedback, and provide recommendations to improve the player experience.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen QA practices across projects.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a QA Tester in the video game industry.
- Experience working closely with development teams throughout feature development.
- Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of QA principles, testing methodologies, and software quality processes.
- Experience creating and executing test plans and test cases, with the ability to identify risks and anticipate issues.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, BrowserStack, Excel, or similar QA tools.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and usability testing.
- Basic understanding of backend systems and their impact on product quality.
- Experience testing iOS, Android, Amazon, and Samsung devices.
- Familiarity with Google Play Console, SourceTree, VPN tools, or data analysis platforms.
- Ability to evaluate features from both technical and business perspectives.
