Salary: $85,000–$146,000 per year; exact salary depends on qualifications, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Develop silicon photonics processes across RF, FinFET, FDSOI, and eNVM technologies.
• Own process integration from development and customer engagement through production for the 300mm semiconductor process integration team.
• Collaborate with process module and packaging teams to drive process solutions.
• Work with Technology Development and Business Units to define project scope and address technical needs.
• Develop, sustain, and improve technologies while balancing quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Perform all activities safely and support Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security requirements and programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics, or another relevant engineering or physical science discipline.
• At least 4 years of industry experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams and developing and delivering advanced technology for mass production.
• Strong project management skills, particularly in managing project schedules, scope, and cost trade-offs.
• Excellent oral and written interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• FEOL/BEOL process experience with FinFET and FDSOI technology.
• Results-oriented approach and focus on work quality.
• Structured problem-solving skills and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, clients, and internal and external partners.
• Strong presentation and technical writing skills.
• Self-starter attitude and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced and challenging professional environment.
