Lead Solution Engineer (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Solution Architecture team through mentoring, hiring, and performance management.
• Own solution architecture for strategic customers and key enterprise projects.
• Design scalable architectures, APIs, integrations, and reusable architecture patterns.
• Act as the technical authority in complex sales cycles, tenders, and high-impact customer engagements.
• Translate clinical, administrative, and technical requirements into robust solutions while identifying risks and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, DevOps, and senior customer stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
• Extensive experience in solution architecture, preferably in complex B2B or enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in system architecture, APIs, integration design, and IT infrastructure including cloud, on-premise, networking, security, and VPNs.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring technical teams, with strong analytical, strategic, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with clinical or hospital IT systems is advantageous.
• Fluent German is required, along with strong English skills.
