UI Designer (Robotics)

hirify.global is developing personal robots designed to reduce repetitive household tasks and make generalized robots broadly accessible.

What you will do

• Design the interaction experience for Memo’s companion app, including home preparation and daily robot use.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive demonstrations to explore interaction concepts quickly.
• Develop production features so prototypes can evolve into real product experiences.
• Collaborate with product, software, hardware, and operations teams to define requirements and integrate them into the user experience.

Requirements

• Strong visual and aesthetic judgment with flexibility to expand beyond an established design language.
• Ability to prototype ideas quickly and translate them into working software.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Comfort working in early-stage product environments with rapidly changing requirements.
• Bias toward building and testing ideas rather than relying on static mockups.

Nice to have

• Experience designing interfaces for physical devices or hardware products.
• Experience with early-stage, 0-to-1 product development.
• Experience with voice interactions or other human-robot interactions.
• Interest in robotics or smart home products and systems.
• Strong prototyping skills with React Native or similar frameworks.
