Graphic Designer (Fintech)

Location: Brazil; fully remote

Salary: $2,000–$3,000 USD per month, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Design social media graphics, carousels, event visuals, digital marketing assets, and branded communications.
• Create and maintain pitch decks, presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and sales collateral in Figma.
• Develop event materials including banners, signage, booth graphics, merchandise, and print collateral.
• Build and evolve visual identity systems while following client and internal brand guidelines.
• Prepare artwork for digital publication and professional print production.
• Collaborate with PR, social media, revenue, events, marketing, and design stakeholders while managing multiple deadlines.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or in-house creative environment.
• A strong portfolio covering digital and print design across varied formats.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
• Strong knowledge of typography, composition, layout, color, visual hierarchy, and design principles.
• Excellent organization, file management, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a distributed team.

Nice to have

• Motion graphics or animation experience with After Effects.
• Experience designing for B2B, technology, fintech, or crypto brands.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for digital assets.
