Senior Graphic Designer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own brand work from concept through final production.
• Design assets for web, mobile, social media, email, out-of-home, presentations, and print.
• Develop and evolve brand systems covering typography, color, iconography, and layout guidelines.
• Write headlines, taglines, social captions, and other short-form copy supporting design work.
• Create original illustrations and maintain a scalable design system for consistent production.
• Partner with marketing, product, and content teams to turn briefs into compelling visual work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of graphic design experience and a portfolio demonstrating strong brand sensibility and production range.
• Agency experience with multiple workstreams, varied briefs, and deadline-driven delivery.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or highly technical industries such as developer tools, infrastructure, data, or enterprise software.
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience supporting brand systems and designing simultaneously across multiple channels and formats.
• Strong illustration, typography, communication, prioritization, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Motion design experience with After Effects, Lottie, or similar tools.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or in-house brand team.
