Salary: $149,100–$213,000 USD annually for the Bay Area, with additional incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain virtualized infrastructure using Hyper-V and Azure Local/Azure Stack HCI.
• Manage Windows Server environments, SQL Server databases, enterprise file-sharing services, and SUSE Linux systems.
• Develop PowerShell and Bash automation for infrastructure provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Implement monitoring solutions and proactively resolve performance, reliability, and security issues.
• Administer Windows SCCM for software deployment, patch management, inventory, and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT teams to architect scalable infrastructure and provide advanced troubleshooting support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with virtualization and cloud platforms, specifically Azure Local and Hyper-V.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, SQL Server databases, file-sharing solutions, and SUSE Linux administration.
• Expert scripting skills with PowerShell, Bash, or similar tools.
• Experience deploying and managing monitoring solutions such as Azure Monitor, Nagios, or Zabbix.
• Applicants must be eligible for any required U.S. export authorizations.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Azure, MCSE, or Linux certifications.
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and migrations.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
