Engagement Manager, Life Sciences (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA; in person 5 days a week, with one company-wide remote week per month.

What you will do

• Own life sciences engagements end to end, including pilots, deployments, renewals, and expansions.
• Translate customer scientific goals into execution plans covering technical requirements, success criteria, timelines, owners, and decision points.
• Coordinate Field Team members, engineers, researchers, go-to-market partners, and customer stakeholders.
• Serve as the day-to-day engagement lead for technical and executive stakeholders across life sciences accounts.
• Capture engagement learnings and develop repeatable playbooks for serving life sciences customers at scale.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex technical, scientific, or enterprise customer engagements from scoping through delivery.
• Strong project management and customer communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to learn AI/ML and life sciences concepts quickly and translate them into practical customer-facing plans.
• High agency, strong judgment, and comfort operating in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in engagement management, solutions, consulting, or implementation for technical products.
• Familiarity with pharma, biotech, computational biology, drug discovery, clinical development, or scientific research workflows.
• Experience with AI/ML, data platforms, developer tools, infrastructure, or other deeply technical products.
• Experience growing strategic accounts through strong delivery and trusted relationships.
