Tech Lead - Infrastructure Engineer (iGaming)

What you will do

• Support identity and access management platforms including Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, CrowdStrike, Qualys, and Microsoft Intune.
• Manage user provisioning, access changes, de-provisioning, MFA, Conditional Access, endpoint compliance, and access governance.
• Implement infrastructure updates, security patches, vulnerability remediation, audit activities, and compliance initiatives.
• Support VMware, Hyper-V, and Nutanix virtualized environments and contribute to hybrid cloud infrastructure across on-premises and cloud platforms.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments across development, testing, and production.
• Monitor performance, availability, and capacity while coordinating with Infrastructure and Cybersecurity teams to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in systems, infrastructure, or platform engineering in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with identity and access management, MFA, access governance, and modern authentication technologies.
• Practical experience with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, CrowdStrike, Qualys, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Azure, VMware, and Nutanix.
• Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and access management knowledge.
• Understanding of data center operations, hardware lifecycle management, patch management, networking, storage, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
