Founding Product Designer (AI)

Location: New York, New York; on-site

Salary: $175K–$300K annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Collaborate with engineering and other functions to design, build, and iterate on core product features.
• Own product work end-to-end, from defining problems and exploring solutions to validating concepts, launching improvements, and iterating on results.
• Establish design standards, systems, and processes as the first dedicated design hire.
• Improve how customer feedback is collected and incorporated into the product.
• Build the design team and culture in partnership with the co-founders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer or in a related role.
• Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Front-end development experience or willingness to code with AI tools.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurship or success working in an unstructured environment.
• Strong customer empathy and emotional intelligence.
