Senior Data Engineer (AI)

Location: Cork, Ireland (hybrid); 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate data architecture integrating Salesforce, NetSuite, M3ter, cloud hyperscalers, and internal customer monitoring systems.
• Build data warehouse foundations with DBT, Redshift, Snowflake, or equivalent technologies.
• Engineer data pipelines, optimize storage and compute costs, and manage data lifecycle strategies.
• Design schemas supporting RAG architectures, predictive modeling, and future AI-native operations.
• Build Tableau or equivalent dashboards for Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and executive stakeholders.
• Direct UI and dashboard contractors while partnering with Business Systems, Sales Operations, Finance, Customer Success, and Engineering.

Requirements

• 4+ years of data engineering or analytics engineering experience.
• Advanced SQL, ETL, DBT, data architecture, workflow management, and Python skills.
• Experience modeling SaaS business data and working with API-based ingestion.
• Strong background in cloud data warehouses, object storage, serverless compute, and modern BI platforms.
• Experience designing AI/ML data structures, including RAG-friendly schemas and predictive modeling support.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field; cloud certifications or equivalent experience are preferred.
