What you will do

• Execute business process transactions with a focus on accuracy.
• Analyze data trends and prepare reporting to support performance targets.
• Identify and help resolve process bottlenecks.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and business process optimization.
• Document and update process guidelines.
• Collaborate with senior analysts, managers, and other staff while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 3+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 1 year in a similar role.
• Proven experience executing business process transactions.
• Proficiency in business process management and optimization.
• Continuous learning and awareness of industry knowledge and technology.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Six Sigma, PMP, or other relevant certifications.
• Significant additional relevant work experience.
