WFM Business Intelligence Analyst (Payments)

What you will do

• Develop strategic workforce insights to improve operational efficiency and resource allocation across contact center and back-office functions.
• Transform workforce, operational, and financial data into recommendations for staffing strategies, organizational decisions, and investments.
• Identify performance improvement opportunities through trend analysis and root-cause investigation.
• Build and evolve business intelligence solutions, dashboards, and KPI reporting for leadership decision-making.
• Maintain trusted workforce metrics, data integrity, and analytics supporting forecasting and operational planning.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Workforce Management, Business Intelligence, analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying, preparing, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets.
• Strong experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience presenting complex findings and influencing decision-makers across multiple organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workforce Management platforms such as Genesys, NICE, Verint, Talkdesk, AWS, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of merchant acquiring, card issuing, or broader payments operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
