What you will do
- Lead frontend engineering across OS, first-party apps, and the website.
- Build polished, accessible interfaces with React and TypeScript.
- Design and evolve APIs, themes, responsive scales, and reusable components.
- Use motion to communicate interface state through consistent transitions.
- Turn vague product problems into design documents, prototypes, and small reversible releases.
- Partner with design on layout, typography, easing, and interface copy.
Requirements
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
- Experience with Tailwind, Shadcn, and Radix.
- Ability to build accessible, responsive, and polished user interfaces.
- Strong product judgment and attention to loading states, errors, empty states, skeletons, and microcopy.
- Clear written communication and ability to provide kind, candid feedback in an async-first environment.
- Ability to write readable code and tests.
