Senior Software Engineer (Robotics)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid workplace with onsite interviews at the office

Salary: 26,000–32,000 PLN gross per month under an employment contract (UoP), plus equity

What you will do

• Build modular and expandable control systems for robot actions across multiple customer use cases.
• Develop data-driven heuristics for handling different item categories.
• Design anomaly detection using combined signals to identify picking and item-disassembly issues.
• Create smart placing algorithms for real-world products.
• Build interfaces and APIs integrating robots with warehouse management systems.
• Test software through unit tests, simulations, and on real robots.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Technical leadership experience and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in a modern programming language, especially Python.
• Experience designing complex, multilevel software systems.
• Fluent English communication is required.
