Senior Robotics & Software Engineer

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid workplace with partly remote work possible

Salary: PLN 26,000–32,000 gross per month under an employment contract, plus equity

What you will do

• Build modular, expandable control systems for robot actions and adapt them to multiple customer use cases.
• Use data to develop heuristics for handling different categories of items.
• Design anomaly detection using multiple signals, including detection of multiple-item picks and item disassembly.
• Build tools for quickly deploying robots at customer sites.
• Develop interfaces and APIs for integration with warehouse management systems.
• Test software through unit tests, simulations, and on production robots.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience programming industrial robots; ABB experience is a strong plus.
• Technical leadership skills and experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in a modern programming language, particularly Python.
• Experience designing systems spanning software and hardware components.
• Fluent English communication is required.
