Full Stack - Lead Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build full-stack applications with React and Tailwind on the frontend and Python with FastAPI on the backend.
• Design and ship end-to-end features covering UI, APIs, authentication, data, and deployment.
• Write scalable and maintainable TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python.
• Implement authentication, authorization, security best practices, and async programming.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, including MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase, and Supabase.
• Deploy and operate services with Docker and AWS while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building full-stack products in production.
• Strong frontend skills with React, TypeScript or JavaScript, and Tailwind.
• Strong backend skills with Python and FastAPI.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, async programming, scalability, REST APIs, and SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Experience owning features from concept through deployment.
• Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Next.js or Redux.
• Experience with AWS, Firebase, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git.
• Exposure to GenAI or MLOps concepts.
