What you will do
- Design and implement platform features including journey building, session analytics, and AI configuration.
- Collaborate with the deployment team to gather customer feedback and translate it into a prioritized product roadmap.
- Test new features directly with customers and iterate rapidly based on real-world usage.
- Define the product development operating model and set quality standards for the engineering team.
Requirements
- Experience building AI-driven products with a strong focus on user journey and interface design.
- Strong product instincts with the ability to turn high-level guidance into polished, production-ready workflows.
- Experience designing tools for non-technical operators such as marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
- Ability to define and execute on self-serve product strategies including onboarding and progressive disclosure.
