Visual Designer

hirify.global is building an identity product for the global economy, backed by investors and leaders from companies including Stripe, Adyen, Notion, Remote, Anthropic, and OpenAI.

What you will do

• Design sales decks, one-pagers, comparison charts, and reusable deck templates for enterprise deals.
• Create LinkedIn graphics, templates, and supporting visual assets.
• Develop hero images, section graphics, and other visuals for the website and landing pages.
• Produce icons, illustrations, and infographics for white papers, blog posts, and long-form content.
• Translate complex ideas into clear diagrams and charts.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional design experience.
• Strong execution speed, visual taste, and a producer mindset.
• Advanced experience with Adobe Suite.
• Fluency in Figma and experience designing abstract web interfaces.
• Ability to work within existing brand guidelines and operate independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Collaborative approach to working with founders, go-to-market, and product teams.
